A three bedroom detached cottage converted from the old duck house and storage barn.

Pond Cottage has a one double bedroom and one twin, both with en-suite shower rooms with double size shower and a double room with adjacent cloakroom.  There is a lounge, conservatory for both relaxing and dining and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer/tumble dryer combi. The TV has a built in DVD player and there is a radio and CD player. The cottage has it’s own independent central heating system.

Pond cottage is single storey making for easy access for all ages. There is a ramp for wheelchair access to the garden and easy access doors to the front. The master bedroom is located away from the others making it ideal for special needs groups who have carers with them. We can provide a toilet frame, raised seat and shower seat for guests with limited mobility.

The second double bedroom has a cloakroom with basin and WC but no shower; this makes the cottage better suited for families or groups who are prepared to let the occupants of bedroom two share their shower facilities.

Bedding, towels, cots/highchair are included in the cost of your stay.

Please bring your own cot bedding and beach towels.

Well behaved pets are welcome at a small charge of £20 per week for each pet.
